Can I delete a voice recording?
Yes. Email us at hello@agrandstory.com at any time and we will delete your voice recording and all generated audio that uses it.
Where can kids listen to stories?
Anywhere. Stories play on any smartphone, smart speaker, car stereo via Bluetooth, or any podcast app. No special device required.
How often do new stories arrive?
Make any story in the library on demand, in your family's voice, whenever you like. New stories are added to the library every week.
Can you recreate the voice of someone who passed away?
No. Every voice in A Grand Story has to come from that person's own permission at the time it is recorded. If your family recorded a voice while they were living, you keep that voice, your stories, and export access. If you can, record the people you love while they can say yes.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and stories your family already made stay playable.
