Using the service

A Grand Story creates private family podcast episodes from information, story preferences, and voice recordings supplied by account owners or invited family members. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to submit any voice, name, image, or personal detail used in an episode.

Family content

You keep ownership of the family materials you submit. You grant us permission to process those materials so we can create, host, deliver, support, and improve your private podcast experience.

Acceptable use

You may not use A Grand Story to impersonate someone without consent, create harmful or illegal content, harass others, violate privacy rights, or attempt to access another family's private feed.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew until canceled. You can cancel according to the billing flow shown at signup or by contacting support. Fees already paid may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, episode volume, voice options, or delivery methods may change as the product evolves.

Disclaimers

A Grand Story is provided as-is. Generated stories are reviewed and shaped for family listening, but parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for their children.
